Can I get an estimate over the phone?
Yes. We strive to do what’s best and convenient for our customers. That includes being available to talk to our customers over the phone Monday-Friday to answer any questions our customers may have.
Do you offer cleaning services outside of Charlotte?
Yes. We offer cleaning services for surrounding areas as well. These areas include Concord, Huntersville, Kannapolis, and Gastonia.
How do I pay for the services rendered?
Our electronic invoice comes with a secured payment portal where customers can pay using Debit or Credit cards.
Is it okay to leave my pets in the home while your cleaners clean?
Leaving a pet in the home will be up to the cleaning crew, so the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
How will I let the cleaning crew enter my home?
It would be preferred that the client lets the cleaning crew in, but if this is not possible, a key or code to a door will suffice. Keys can be picked up from the customer or codes to doors can be emailed to us.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Cancellation should be done 24 hours before the booking schedule of a secured booking. Cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a 25% Cancellation Fee. Payment is required to secure a booking.
Is there anything I need to do before my cleaning service is carried out?
We require customers to agree to the Terms and Conditions included on the invoice. To secure a booking, payment is required. Customers are allowed to rebook on or before 24 hours of the booking schedule to avoid booking conflicts or penalties.
How often will Sunbeam clean my property?
Booking can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We also provide daily cleaning to business establishments that require a dedicated cleaning professional to maintain the high standard of cleaning services required.
